Everything is clean and nice. Tidy room, a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the room. The exceptionally good view of city. What an amazingly great staff. Such a helpful service.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I had a great time. the staff was helpful, patient, and courteous at all times. I really appreciated the free coffee and the great view from the reception area. the location was perfect for exploring the shopping district, and the proximity to the harbor made it easy to take the ferry and explore the nearby islands.

Although my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few downsides. One of the rooms had a foul smell, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had a superb stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable with the port and train station just across the street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby islands in the Setouchi area. Secondly, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with a mini refrigerator and unique Japanese amenities. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

All was fine, except for one minor aspect that could be improved.

The hotel was in a great location, close to public transportation and shopping districts. The staff were helpful and provided clear instructions on how to use the check-in machines. The spacious room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed. The hotel also had a steam bath available for guests to use.

While convenient, the hotel was a bit pricey for the breakfast and room charge. It was also not clearly indicated that parking was not included in the room rate.
